Job Description
 
Duties
 
The duties of this position include:
 
Communicating with stakeholders, including applicants and other parties. Analysing legal and administrative issues and preparing policy and technical advice.
 
Preparing reports, briefings, correspondence, statements of reasons, public notices and recommendations on heritage matters to the minister or other relevant authority.
 
Delivering project outputs as directed, including by procuring consultancy services and managing contracts. As required contribute to other work, for example developing procedures to support the administration of the ATSIHP Act, providing support for the project to reform the ATSIHP Act, and supporting other work undertaken within the Heritage Division.
